My name is Tharanga Ramanayake, welcome to my Visual Arts page. Here, I showcase some of my passion projects in Photography, Film, and upcoming art works in other mediums such as Sculpture and Painting.

During the day, I work as a Producer/Editor creating award-winning marketing content for Canadian and Hollywood major motion pictures and Television shows. Working on campaigns and content for titles such as Fashion Television, Canada’s Worst Driver, The Launch, Lord of the Rings, Drive, The Fighter, Super Duper Alice Cooper to name a few. I have amassed a Canadian Academy Award: Gemini, 13 Promax/BDA’s, 6 Golden Trailer Awards and believe it or not, even a Guinness World Record (Shortest TV Commercial - MusicMusic).

In between my work projects, I have taken on a few art passion projects. Primarily in photography while traveling. Featured in National Geographic and my photo was listed as one of “81 Captivating Travel Photographs From Around The World”.

Most recently I hung my own artwork at the Toronto Banksy Exhibit as a homage to the genius artist and to bring awareness to profiting from unauthorized work. The event became trending on social media and was covered by international news.
